Questions farms ask
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You start with an email address and nothing else. We ask for payment details only when you choose a plan at the end of the trial.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your site pauses; it is not deleted. Everything you built — pages, products, orders and customers — is still there, and choosing a plan brings it straight back.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. 0% commission. Card processing goes through your own Stripe account at Stripe's own rates, and payouts land in your bank without passing through us.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes, on Growth and Pro. Connect yourfarm.com from your settings with guided DNS and a free certificate, so the site is on your address rather than a subdomain of ours.
Can I switch plans later?
At any time, and nothing is rebuilt. The change takes effect immediately and Stripe settles the difference: an upgrade charges the remainder of the month, a downgrade credits the unused part against your next invoice.
What if I want to own it outright?
You can buy the system once, for $4,950, and run it as your own installation — no plan, no monthly charge, and your branding throughout with no mention of us anywhere on it.
Is my data mine?
Yes. Your products, pages, orders and customer list are yours, exportable at any time, and never sold or shared. Backups run daily.
