Bundles

A plan, packaged for how your farm actually sells

Same platform, five starting points. Pick the one that sounds like your operation — each is an ordinary Farm To Net plan with the parts that matter for that way of selling brought to the front.

Every bundle starts with the same 14-day free trial · No credit card required

The Farmers Market Bundle

Everything a Market Vendor Needs to Sell Beyond Saturday — $29 a Month

You sell at one or more farmers markets and the week between them is dead time.

A farmers market stall is the best sales channel a small farm has and the most fragile. You sell out on a good Saturday, rain halves a bad one, and either way you spend Sunday to Friday with no way to reach the people who just bought from you. A farmers market website that only lists your market schedule is a poster; this bundle turns the other six days into selling days.

Customers pre-order online during the week and collect at your stall, so you arrive with product already sold and cash already taken. The ones who cannot make Saturday get home delivery instead of buying nothing. Everyone who buys joins an email list you own, which means the next time weather cancels a market you can tell them where to find you, rather than losing the week entirely.

It is the Starter plan, packaged — a farm website builder, an online store for farmers market vendors, pre-orders for stall pickup, local delivery, a newsletter and passwordless customer accounts. The cheapest way to stop being a market-day-only business.

What you can do with it

  • Take pre-orders all week and hand them over at the stall on Saturday
  • Publish your market schedule so customers know which markets you are at, and when
  • Offer local delivery to the customers who cannot reach a market
  • Own the email list instead of renting an audience on social media
  • Let customers sign in with a magic link — no password for them to forget

Questions farms ask about this bundle

Can customers pay online and pick up at my market stall?

Yes. That is what this bundle is built around: a customer orders and pays on your site during the week, and you hand the order over at your stall. You arrive with product already sold, and you are not making change for it.

Do I need a separate point-of-sale for the market itself?

You can keep whatever card reader you already use at the stall. The store handles the online half — pre-orders, delivery orders and your customer list — and stock you sell at the market can be adjusted from your phone so the website does not oversell it.

Is this enough if I only do one market a week?

It is the case it was designed for. One market means six days where a customer can find you, remember they wanted more ground beef, and order it without waiting for Saturday.

The Homestead Bundle

Turn Your Homestead Surplus Into Income — for $29 a Month

You have more eggs, meat or shares than your family eats, and no tidy way to sell the surplus.

Selling homestead surplus usually starts the same way: a post in a local Facebook group, a handful of texts, and a mental note of who owes what. It works until it does not. People ask whether you have eggs this week, you answer the same question eleven times, and half of them never buy because paying you meant meeting in a car park with cash.

A small homestead website fixes the credibility problem and the logistics problem at once. A stranger who finds you can see what you actually have, what it costs and how to get it, and then pay for it without a conversation. You look like a business rather than a favour, which is most of the difference between "can I get a dozen" and a standing weekly order.

This is the Starter plan packaged for a homestead: a simple, credible farm website, a real store for eggs, meat and shares, magic-link customer accounts, an email list you own, and pickup on your terms. It is the cheapest way to sell homestead surplus online, and nothing has to be rebuilt when the flock doubles.

What you can do with it

  • Sell eggs, meat and shares from a page you can send anyone
  • Stop answering "do you have any this week?" — the site says so
  • Take payment up front instead of chasing cash at handover
  • Set pickup windows that fit around a job and a family
  • Build a list of regulars who come back without being asked

Questions farms ask about this bundle

Is this overkill for a few dozen eggs a week?

It is the smallest plan there is, and the point is what it removes rather than what it adds: the repeat questions, the cash handovers and the "I will let you know" that never turns into a sale. If you are selling at all, it pays for a couple of dozen eggs a month.

What if I only have surplus some of the year?

Mark products out of stock and the store says so. Customers can register for a back-in-stock alert, so the first batch of the season sells to a waiting list rather than to whoever happens to check.

Can I grow into something bigger later?

Yes, and without starting over. Moving up a plan keeps your pages, products, customers and orders exactly where they are — it unlocks more, it does not rebuild anything.

The CSA Bundle

Everything It Takes to Run a Meat CSA — in One Bundle

You run a meat CSA, or you want to, and the admin is the reason it has not grown.

A meat CSA is the best business model in direct-to-consumer farming — money up front, demand you can plan production against, and customers who stay for years. It is also the one that drowns a farm in administration. Meat CSA software usually means a spreadsheet of members, a second spreadsheet of who paid, a calendar of pickup days and a running text thread with the ones who changed their minds.

This bundle replaces all of that. Members subscribe and are charged on a schedule without you invoicing anybody. They manage their own share — pause it, change the pickup location, update the card that just expired — instead of texting you on a Sunday. Box-by-box schedules tell everyone what is in this month's share before they ask, and pickup routing means the drop-off list builds itself.

It is the Growth plan packaged for CSA farms: recurring farm shares and member management, unlimited products, box schedules, pickup routing, back-in-stock alerts, a custom domain and an owned newsletter. Everything it takes to run a CSA without the CSA running you.

What you can do with it

  • Charge recurring shares automatically — no monthly invoicing round
  • Let members pause, change or cancel without it landing on your phone
  • Publish what is in each box so the questions stop before they start
  • Route pickups and drop-offs from one list rather than a notebook
  • See renewals and failed cards before they become an awkward conversation
  • Run it on your own domain, so the CSA is your brand and not a platform's

Questions farms ask about this bundle

How are members charged for a recurring share?

On a schedule you set, to a card they save at signup, through your own Stripe account. Payouts go to your bank on Stripe's normal timetable and the platform takes no commission on the share.

What happens when a member wants to skip a month?

They do it themselves from their account. You see it on the list for that box, which means you plan production against a number that is already accurate rather than one you have to chase.

Can I run a CSA alongside ordinary one-off sales?

Yes — shares and individual cuts live in the same store and the same order list. Most CSA farms sell both, and a member buying an extra brisket should not have to go somewhere else to do it.

What if my share sizes change through the season?

Box schedules are per box, so a heavier winter share and a lighter summer one are just two different contents on the same subscription. Members see what is coming before it arrives.

The Ranch Bundle

A Complete Storefront for Your Whole Cut Sheet — $79 a Month

You process whole animals and sell the whole cut sheet, not six popular items.

Selling grass-fed beef direct is not one product, it is forty. Ribeyes and ground move on their own; shanks, liver, soup bones and the odd cuts are where the margin on a carcass actually lives, and they only sell if a customer can see them. A store with six listings quietly throws away a third of every animal, which is why the cut sheet belongs online in full.

This bundle is built for that. Unlimited products so the entire cut sheet fits, and a one-upload import so putting it there is an afternoon rather than a fortnight. Bulk shares — halves, quarters, whole hogs — with a deposit taken up front and the balance invoiced once the hanging weight is known, which is how bulk beef is actually sold and how almost no general-purpose store handles it.

Then the parts that keep it selling: back-in-stock waitlists so a sold-out cut collects demand instead of losing it, your own domain, pickup and delivery options, and the local SEO to be found by somebody searching for grass-fed beef near them. The Growth plan, packaged for a ranch that is serious about direct sales.

What you can do with it

  • List the entire cut sheet — including the cuts that only sell when they are visible
  • Import your whole product list in one upload instead of typing forty pages
  • Sell halves and quarters with a deposit now and the balance at hanging weight
  • Turn sold-out cuts into a waitlist that empties itself when you restock
  • Be found locally, on your own domain, by people already searching for what you raise
  • Offer farm pickup, local delivery and drop-off points side by side

Questions farms ask about this bundle

How do deposits work for a half or a quarter?

You take a fixed deposit when the customer reserves the animal, and invoice the balance once it is cut and the hanging weight is known. The customer sees both, and the order stays one order rather than becoming a deposit here and a payment somewhere else.

I have forty-odd products. Do I type them all in?

No. Bulk import takes a spreadsheet of your cut sheet — names, prices, weights, stock — and creates the products in one pass. Changing prices later is the same upload again.

What happens when a popular cut sells out mid-season?

The listing stays up and collects back-in-stock requests. When you restock it, everyone who asked is emailed automatically, which typically clears a good part of the new batch before it is publicly announced.

Can I sell shipping as well as pickup?

Yes. Farm pickup, local delivery, farmers market, regional drop-off and shipping can all be offered, and a customer chooses at checkout. Your directory listing shows which ones you do, so a stranger knows before they click.

The Pro Bundle

For the Farm That Has Outgrown One Pair of Hands — $149 a Month

More than one person touches the orders, or more than one place ships them.

There is a point where a farm stops being one person with a phone. Somebody else packs orders, somebody handles the wholesale accounts, a second location has its own pickup day, and the shared login that worked fine for two years becomes the thing nobody can audit when an order goes missing.

Multi-location farm software usually means either an enterprise system priced for a distributor or a consumer store with one account and no roles. This bundle is the middle: unlimited staff accounts with real roles, so the person packing orders can see orders and not your bank details, and an audit log that records who changed what — which is what turns "I think somebody marked that fulfilled" into a fact.

It also opens the doors a growing operation needs. API access and embeds let your products appear on a restaurant's site or a partner's page, which is how wholesale meat relationships usually start. Full analytics show which location, channel and product is actually carrying the business. The Pro plan, packaged for a farm with a crew.

What you can do with it

  • Give every person their own login, with a role that fits the job
  • See who changed what, and when, in an audit log you cannot edit
  • Run several pickup locations or sites without a second system
  • Put your products on a partner or restaurant site through the API and embeds
  • Track wholesale alongside direct, in one order list
  • Read analytics per product and per channel, not one number for everything

Questions farms ask about this bundle

What can a staff account see?

Whatever their role allows. Somebody packing orders gets orders and products; they do not get billing, payouts or the ability to remove other staff. Roles are set per person and can be changed at any time.

Why does an audit log matter?

Because with a shared login, every action is attributed to "the farm". The first time an order is refunded by mistake, or stock is zeroed the night before a market, the log is the difference between finding out what happened and guessing.

What is the API actually for?

Mostly for getting your products somewhere else: a restaurant partner listing what they buy from you, a co-op page, or your own custom page. The embeds do the same thing without anybody writing code.

Do I need Pro for two pickup locations?

Not necessarily — pickup and delivery options are available lower down. Pro is about people and integrations: several staff with distinct roles, an audit trail, and API access.

You are not locked into the bundle you start with

A bundle is a plan with a starting point, not a separate product. Move up or down and your pages, products, orders and customers stay exactly where they are.
